All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you believe your order is defective, incorrect, or missing an item, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery at [dsc.info@gmail.com]. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

When submitting a claim, you must provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item showing the issue (from multiple angles)

  • A photo of the packaging and shipping label

All products are inspected and documented before shipment. Claims will be carefully reviewed, and refunds or replacements will only be issued if the item is confirmed to have arrived defective or incorrect.

Return & Inspection Requirement
We may require the item to be returned for inspection before a refund, credit, or exchange is approved. Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and verified as faulty.

Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we reserve the right to provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • Store credit

  • Exchange for the same or a similar item

  • Refund to the original payment method

Important Conditions

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, misuse, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is proven defective or incorrect.

  • Fraudulent or abusive claims may result in refusal of service and future orders.
