SHIPPING POLICY

Many of our products are made to order or available through preorder. This approach helps us reduce unnecessary stock and ensures you receive freshly and carefully produced items. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we create your order.


WORKING DAYS

All timelines stated in this shipping policy are based on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.


PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

Once your order is placed, please allow 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for production and processing.

After your product is completed by our manufacturer, it will take approximately 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for the item to be transferred to your local shipping carrier for dispatch to your destination.


DELIVERY TIMES (AFTER SHIPMENT)

  • USA & Canada: 2–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and local postal services.


CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL DELAYS

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, border control procedures, import duties, and taxes based on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs as well as any return shipping fees charged by the courier.
